St. Teresa's Academy, established in 1982 by the Catholic Diocese of Meerut, is a prestigious educational institution owned and managed by the Diocese, which is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1960. The school follows English as the medium of instruction and prepares its students for the Indian School Certificate Examination at the end of Class XII. Its academic framework is guided by the policies and programmes of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
