AGE CRITERIA
The child should be born between 2nd October 2022 to 1st April 2023
Only the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation will be accepted.
HOW TO FILL THE FORM
Use Tab Key or mouse control to fill in the form. Do not press the Enter Key.
Fill in each entry accurately.
Upload:
A recent passport size colour photograph of the child.(Maximum 100 kb in.jpg/.jpeg/.png/.gif format only)
The Birth Certificate (Maximum 600 kb in .pdf format only)·
After filling in all the entries in the Registration Form, click on the "Submit and Pay" button at the bottom of the page.
After the process of payment gets completed, you will receive the Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID Number.
Click "Print Registration Form". Enter the Registration & Mobile Number top in the Registration Form and the Form Submission Slip.
In case you do not receive any Registration ID after payment, you can contact the school office with details on number-7983029313 during school hours.
REGISTRATION FEE
Rs.1200/- is to be paid online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI.
Do not refresh or press back button till the transaction process is over.
Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
INTERACTION & SUBMISSION OF FORM
Both the parents should come along with the child for the interaction, submission of the form and the required documents on the date and time as mentioned in the Submission Slip.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Attach the following documents with the Registration Form in the following order:
Print the Registration Form (on A4 sheet) with recent photograph and signatures of both father and mother. Photocopy of
Birth Certificate having name of the child as filled in the form issued by the Municipal Corporation

The decision of the Management regarding admission will be final and binding.
