Workshop On Adolescence issues - Classes IX to XII

ADOLESCENCE Session: St. Teresa’s Academy, Modinagar, in collaboration with Ratna Sagar Pvt. Ltd., hosted an enriching workshop on 29th August for students of Classes IX–XII. Led by Ms. Monisha Gupta, a renowned educator and motivational speaker, the session addressed key adolescent challenges—distractions, screen time, and wavering focus—while empowering students with practical tools to stay positive, disciplined, and self-assured.
